The UK and Ireland DWF team is led by Ross Little, Head of Corporate in Ireland, and Jeremy Swift, Newcastle-based Corporate Partner. Together, they have provided legal advice to eEnergy Group plc on the acquisition of e-Light Group Holdings Limited and associated fund raising, re-admission to AIM and the disposal of MetaLeach Limited. Little and Swift were supported by DWF colleagues based in UK and Ireland.
